Before founding Valorous Circle in 2010, Jonathan worked for over 18 years for a diverse range of organizations, including two small business start-ups, an international IT service business and a division of the federal government.
Drawing on several years experience in sales, marketing and training, Jonathan now focuses on developing internet strategies for clients and assisting businesses and organizations with the formation and execution of their online engagement, marketing and social media strategies.

Prior to joining Professional One, Todd founded and operated Big House Data, LLC, a real estate data analysis and solutions company that transformed MLS data into usable charts, tables and graphs for real estate agents in Southeast Michigan
He also co-founded a high-producing, technology-leveraged, client-oriented real estate team based in Ann Arbor, MI. Todd also assisted in the creation and operations of a real estate systems and training organization based in Ann Arbor, MI.
Terry has been in the real estate business 38 years (since 1973), his past time includes Golf, Travel and Civic Activities with the Kentwood Jaycees, Big Brother, and DA Blodgett Board.
Terry’s wife and partner is Bonnie Westbrook which gives them both the opportunity to work & play together throughout West Michigan. They love to travel to new places……enjoy exploring different cultures and new experiences, when they’re not assisting clients buying and selling Grand Rapids homes. Bonnie specializes in office management, home staging, Blogging and other social media tools and systems.
